Regine Ochsner

Ochsner is the founder and owner of the dance school «Backstage Studio», Zurich. She is a graduate of sports and gymnastics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich and has completed her studies as a professional dancer in New York and Paris. National and international engagements and apearances in German and Swiss television followed. She is a choreographer of tap and jazz dance shows, she was choreography assistant of «Singin 'in the Rain», Stadttheater Bern and is the director of «Backstage Studio Tap Company». Since many years, she is committed to the promotion of Tap in Switzerland, she organizes tap workshops with international guest artists and is the initiator and producer of the «Zurich Tap Festival 2011-2014».
