In this lesson, the focus is primarily on the basic steps (foundations) and the groove (jack). After a warm-up with basic house steps, grooves and moves, individual elements are deepened with exercises and mixed with an improvisation structure in order to be able to exploit movement possibilities and variants. A sequence of steps (routine) rounds off the lesson.
