Contemporary Jazz

Sabrina teaches a mixture of contemporary dance and jazz dance. With targeted exercises for strength and stabilization, you will develop your body awareness and learn the basic elements of contemporary dance. After a warm-up and technical exercises, you will combine what you have learned and enjoy Sabrina's unique choreographies.
Previous knowledge
Basic knowledge is recommended, but not required.

Suitable for all ages.
